Algumas feitas com Noro Kureyon, outras com Glory, um fio da Cisne que já saiu de linha há tempos...
Bordei elas com sequins em formato de florzinhas e miçangas.
São todas de bonecas, a maioria de blythe.

A-M-O tricotar com essa lã. Eu sei, já falei isso 1 milhão de vezes... mas é impossível não amar. Você pode tricotar 10 sweaters com o mesmo novelo de lã que não vai ter um sweater igual ao outro. E quem não curte peças únicas né? haha
Esses ainda precisam de acabamento. Eles também terão bordadinhos com os sequins, assim como as boinas. =P

Handknitted with Noro Kureyon Sock and 2mm needles.
I L-O-V-E to knit with this yarn! I know, I already said it a thousand times... but it's impossible not to love. You can knit 10 sweaters with the same yarn ball, and have 10 different sweaters. And who doesn's like unique things? haha
This ones still need to be finished. They will have sequins, like the berets.

Não sei vocês, mas eu adoro bolsas e adoro cor. Misturar os dois então, perfeito!

Eu tinha várias bolas de Pingouin Bella, todas pela metade e uma de cada cor...

Estava cansada de fazer paninhos de pia, pra dizer bem a verdade. Queria projetos mais desafiadores.

E como eu sou iniciante no crochet, fiquei super empolgada quando achei a receita desta bolsa.

I don't know what you think, but I love bags and I love colors. Mixed both, just perfect!

I had some half skeis of Pingouin Bella, in several colors...

I was tired of knitting dishcloths with that. To tell you the truth, I wanted challenge projects.

And, as you know, I'm a begginer about crochet and I got very excited when I found this bag pattern.

É uma receita muito simples. Basicamente se faz um círculo chato no tamanho desejado para o fundo da bolsa e depois é só parar de dar os aumentos... aí sobe o quanto você quiser. Fiz o fundo da minha com 12 voltas... ficou enorme!

That's a very simple pattern... You start doing a circle, and whet it gets to the size you want for the bottom, you just stop increasing. I made a 12 round botton for my bag. It turns huge!!

As florzinhas ajudam a esconder a costura das alças, e também deixam a bolsa mais bonitinha =)

Fiz estas sozinha, por tentativa mesmo. Não são as mesmas flores da receita.

This flowers helps to hide the handles sewing. I made this ones by myself, just trying. That's not the same flowers of the pattern.

Não consegui costurar um forro nela. Como fiz com fio duplo, ficou grossa demais e a máquina de costura simplesmente não passou... rsrsrs...

Eu sei que tem como costurar à mão mas... confesso ser preguiçosa demais pra isso!

My bag has no lining. I crocheted it with yarn held double, so it was too thick for the sewing machine.

I know I could sew it using my own hands, but... I confess I'm too lazy for that.

Para quem não sabe ainda, eu não sabia fazer crochet... até esta manta aparecer na minha vida.

Quando eu a vi no Ravelry, foi amor à primeira vista.

Então eu aprendi a crochetar com o único propósito de fazer esta manta.

For those who still don't know, I didn't know how to crochet... till this blanket appears in my life.

When I saw it on Ravelry, I just fell in love for this project!

So, I learned to crochet with the sole purpose of making this blanket.

Logo descobri que tinha que comprar a receita. Nada mais justo pra um projeto tão lindo!

Torrei todo mundo à minha volta para que me ensinassem a fazer crochet. Aprendi, comprei a receita e logo comecei a fazer.

Soon I realized that I had to purchase the pattern.

So I started to ask people to teach me how to crochet. I learned. I purchased the pattern, and started doing it at that day.

Depois de ter crochetado todos os quadrados, chegou a parte que eu mais temia: emendar tudo!

Fiquei bastante apreensiva, e não me decidia se emendava com crochet mesmo ou costurava.

Depois de alguns testes, resolvi costurar. Olha... dá um trabalho isso... Só pra emendar tudo eu demorei 2 semanas!

Depois, fiz 4 voltas de borda, uma de cada cor, exceto o marrom.

After crochetting all the squares, I came to the sewing part. I was afraid about it, and after thinking a lot, I decided to sew it instead join the squares with crochet. That's really a hard work!! Just to sew, it takes me 2 weeks!

With all joined, I made a 4 round border.

O tamanho final da manta ficou 117cm x 128cm.

Segredinho: Depois de pronta, passei o ferro à vapor, para que tudo ficasse retinho e uniforme.

Amei!!!

E, apesar do trabalho, pretendo fazer outra destas.

Minha intenção não é usá-la como coberta, mas sim deixá-la no sofá.

The finished size of my blanket is 46,8" x 51,2".

After all done, I used the iron on it, to leave it straight.

I LOVE it!!!!

And I want to make another one.

My intention is let this blanket on the sofa.

Granny Squares Potholders

Resolvi fazer estes descansos de panela para dar de presente à uma amiga muito querida que estará fazendo um "quentão de casa nova" no próximo sábado (aproveitando o tema do mês, São João)

I decided to crochet these potholders for a friend that recently moved to a new home. She's going to give a party on her new apartment to celebrate the moment, and I thought it would be a good gift.

.

Usei o fio Pingouin Bella e agulha de crochet n°4.

Não tem receita, fiz ao meu modo mesmo, mas é bem fácil.

Para cada descanso de panela eu fiz 2 quadrados iguais, cada um de de 6 voltas, mudando as cores a cada 2 voltas.

Feito isso, uni os dois fazendo a bordinha em ponto baixo.

I used Pingouin Bella yarn and 4mm crochet hook .

There's not a pattern, I improvise it, but it's very easy.

For each potholder I crocheted two equal squares, each one with 6 rounds, and I changed collors every two rounds.

After it, I sew them together with a border.

Sigo firme crochetando os quadrados...

Os maiores (que são os mais demorados) estão quase prontos. Depois vai faltar apenas os pequenos, os quais eu já fiz alguns para aproveitar os restinhos dos novelos.

Além da Babette, estão também em andamento: Corona Sweater, Tapete em Log Cabin, meu Xale em Lace, uma boina Rose Red. Mas admito que no momento estou dando uma atenção maior à Babette.

.

Fiz também uma compra astronômica no site do Bazar Horizonte, para aproveitar a promoção de frete grátis este mês... Um total de 34 novelos, divididos entre: Pingouin Marte, Pingouin Safira e Pingouin Desejo. Já saiu de lá o pacotão, mas ainda não chegou.

.

Louca, eu? Imagina....

.

Desculpem pelas fotos (horríveis), mas o tempo de hoje não colaborou!

I'm still crochetting the squares...

The bigger ones (that takes more time) are almost done. And after it, I'll have to finish the little ones, that I already made some to use the leftovers.

.

At the same time, I have some other projects in progress: Corona Sweater, Log Cabin Rug, Gail Shawl, Rose Red Beret. But I confess that I put Babette as my priority project this moment.

.

I also made an astronomical yarns purchase, because a Brazilian yarn shop is giving free shipping this month... so I bought a total of 34 skeins, divide in: Pingouin Marte, Pingouin Safira and Pingouin Desejo. It didn't arrive yet.

.

Someone think I'm crazy??

Babette Blanket - Part I

Então... foi para este projeto que eu resolvi aprender crochet.

Para quem está inscrito no Ravelry, é só procurar por "Babette Blanket" que vocês poderão ver os lindos trabalhos feitos a partir deste projeto.

Desde que eu entrei no Ravelry, acho até que foi no primeiro dia, eu achei essa manta. Fiquei completamente apaixonada pelo projeto, mas, como não sabia crochet e não queria aprender, não comprei a receita naquele momento (sim, é uma receita paga).

.

Quase 1 ano depois, tomei coragem e resolvi aprender. Tudo bem, tem muitas mantas bonitas em tricot, mas confesso que nenhuma me atraiu tanto quanto esta em crochet.

.

Assim que paguei e obtive a receita, me apavorei com a quantidade de quadrados que eu ia ter que crochetar... Nos meus cálculos, 126 no total... divididos em 6 tamanhos diferentes...

Quase caí dura. Não faço a menor idéia de quanto tempo vou levar pra fazer isso tudo, ainda mais eu, que começo vários trabalhos ao mesmo tempo.

É um projeto tão bonito, estou rezando para que eu não enjoe dele e acabe deixando de lado...

.

A vantagem da manta de crochet é que você faz os quadrados e vai guardando, enquanto no tricot, quando começa a ficar grande, o peso do trabalho atrapalha um pouco.

A desvantagem fca por ter que emendar esse monte de quadradinhos!!!

.

Queria muito terminá-la para este inverno ainda, mas não sei... não sei...

.

Estou usando fio Pingouin Desejo, nas 5 cores acima (sisal, fiesta, seiva, fresh, love speel) e agulha n° 4mm

So... this is the project that encouraged me to learn crochet.

You can search on Ravelry by "Babette Blanket" to see lots of beautiful projects of it.

.

Since I became part of Ravelry I wanted to crochet this blanket. I just fall in love for that, but I didn't know how to crochet so I decided to wait some time.

.

Almost a year later, I decided to learn crochet to do this blanket. Ok, there are many knitting beautiful blankets, but I confess that none attracted me as much as this in crochet.

.

At the time I read the pattern, I got really scared: 126 squares divide in 6 different sizes. Oh God!!! That's too much!!!

I have no idea how much time I'll get to do all that... And I always have lots of projects in progress...

It's a so beautiful project. I'm praying I don't get tired of it.

.

The advantage of this blanket is that you do it in little pieces, different from knitting, that the work keep growing...

The bad part is that you have to sew it all together.

.

I would like to finish it for this winter, but I don't know if I have time, because our winter starts in July, and it's starting to get cold already.

.

I'm using the Yarn Pingouin Desejo in 5 different colors (sisal, fiesta, seiva, fresh, love speel), and 4mm hook.

.

Aprendendo Crochet / Learning Crochet

Eu nunca fui muito do crochet, nunca me interessei em aprender, sempre gostei muito mais do tricot (e continuo gostando mais).

Mas existem algumas coisas em crochet que são realmente legais e, por esse motivo, eu resolvi aprender...

Como não dá pra sair direto fazendo o que eu quero, pois é mais complexo, comecei com estes descansos de copo, só pra treinar o ponto.

.

Não tem receita, foi minha mãe que me ensinou e, pra dizer a verdade, entendi melhor receitas de crochet em inglês do que em português... mas eu sei que é uma coisa bem simples e quem sabe fazer tira de olho.

.

Esses são com linha Bella e agulha 2,5mm.

.

Vamos ver até onde eu terei paciência para o Crochet.

I never been interested about learning crochet. I always prefered knitting (and I still prefer).

But there are some crocheted things that I would like to do, and because it, I'm learning now.

The problem of been a begginer is that I can't start crocheting what I really want to. So, I started doing this coasters, just to practice.

.

There's no pattern, my mother teach me how to do it. And, strangely, I understand better patterns in english than the portuguese ones...

But I know that this coasters are very simple for people that already crochet, so it can be copy just looking.

I'm using Pingouin Bella (yarn) and hook 2,5mm

.

I wanna see till when I'll have patience for it...
